I was thinking of what would be the best way to mess with the gameplay. So i came up with this deck to screw my opponent's lands. No land tapping = no mana = no spells = Wheeee!!!

The biggest problem was the lack of creatures, so creature control was essential. The combo that solve's this problem involves Pendrell Mists, Propaganda and Mana Web for mana lockdown if they choose to keep their creatures, and removal of even indestructible, shrouded creatures if they choose not to tap out. With the bonus of propaganda make them bleed for swinging A Mana Short easily puts an end to that 'choice'.

Mitotic Manipulation is a real god-send. It lets me screen through 7 cards and put a permanent into play. It also helps solve the big drawing issues in this deck.

Sorin Markov fits so perfectly. His first ability lets me ping and keeps me alive just a bit longer. His second ability primes me up for a game ending mana short with enough enchantments in play. His third ability lets me take his turn and tap his lands out. Really sadistic to take over someone's mind for a turn. Me Gusta!

Replenish was added most recently. I was very reluctant to splash white, but with all the enchantment removal and land bouncing my playgroup added to their decks, this was a necessary move.

The rest of the cards are pretty straight forward. Enchant lands, cause pain, misery and suffering.
