So I opened two of this commander at pre-release, and thought it was probably a sign that I should build him. A friend asked what the theme would be, and I said theft. He groaned, and said he hated my theft decks, but I assured him it was balanced... balanced with counter spells and extra turns. That's what makes this sadness the gathering. All your scummy blue stuff is here, from theft, turns, combos and other disruption, this deck has it all.
