Maybeboard

Join Samut and her friends as they travel the battlefield pummeling opponents into the ground in this episode of Friends Play Magic: Say Nayanara.

The core of the deck is Samut, Voice of Dissent, Aurelia, the Warleader, Odric, Lunarch Marshal, and Captain Sisay. Games tend to end very quickly if you manage to get all four of them on the board at the same time. Damage output increases significantly and you get the ability to tutor with Sisay multiple times on each of your turns. Upon declaring attack, you can tap Sisay in response to Aurelia's trigger, untap her with Samut and tap her again, then untap both Sisay and Samut with Aurelia's trigger giving you two Sisay activations during your attack phase and potentially two more either on your turn or during an opponent's turn. With the high density of legendary permanents in the deck, your opponents are going to have a hard time keeping up with you getting four tutor effects per turn cycle and quickly closing out the game with combat damage.

The rest of the deck is geared towards assisting in casting your key spells more quickly, protecting them, and amplifying the effectiveness of the deck's core cards with additional effects that synergize well with them.

Note: This deck was designed for groups that don't like infinite combos and are just wanting to slug things out during combat. Goblin Sharpshooter can repeatedly clear opponents' boards of creatures if it gets deathtouch but there are no combos in the deck that just immediately win the game on their own.
