Pretty easy to run deck. Basically, you use Remand, Counterspell and Silence to shut down your opponent's moves, then use cards like Lightning Bolt and Lightning Helix to control the field. Isochron Scepter can result in nasty field locks when paired with Silence or Counterspell or even create a slow burn and life gain when paired with Lightning Helix. Stall until you can drop Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Restoration Angel for the infinite combo or beat them down. Plus Snapcaster Mage can be re-activated by either Restoration Angel or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker giving you plenty of options and answers. Fun to run and it has been performing amazing in real life competition. Watch out for Torpor Orb as this shuts down the infinite combo and hits a lot of this deck's answers.

When sideboarding;

Add in Fulminator Mage to take out troublesome lands like creature-lands or urza lands

Add in Test of Talents when more counter is needed or to remove specific cards.

Add in Archangel of Tithes for aggro, creature heavy, or creature combo decks.

Add in Counterflux when you need more counters, against other control builds or overload to stop a storm spell.

Add in Spellskite to help against removal when on the offensive. Also this eats up aura's and boosts hurting some deck builds.

Add Leyline of Sanctity in for decks that require them to target you like Burn, 8-Rack, Storm, Scapeshift or Malira Combo

Add in Wrath of God against Aggro decks or creature-based combo decks.
