Pretty basic casual deck. I ran a similar deck when Theros was standard and it wen really well.

Flamespeaker Adept and Nivix Cyclops are going to be your best friends here. Pop a Aqueous Form on Flamespeaker Adept to pump her with each attack. Throw a Titan's Strength on there and watch your opponent cry!

Use basic burn removal to pump up flamespeaker and get Nivix Cyclops off his ass.

As of right now this deck costs <$20 on TCG Player. You can revamp it with Theros scry lands, and a Thassa, God of the Sea. For budget purposes, this is what it looks like now. Have fun kids!

My current meta with my friends, who are just starting MtG with Amonkhet, requires cheap budget decks. I went back, changed the deck to almost its original iteration, and was surprised at how low the cost is. There are so many possible updates to this deck, but for now, I'm leaving it in the budget section. If you want to update, use Theros scry lands, Lightning Bolt, Serum Visions, etc.
