My spin on a Blue Black delver mill, the low CMC means that getting cards out should not be a huge burden and once Duskmantle is out its pretty much GG. Also can mill even though milling is used just to get Phantasm and Wight to nearly unstoppable strengths. Any comments that could help me improve my deck would be appreciated, idea for this deck came from http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/dimir-mill-29-03-13-2/.
