This is basically a reanimator deck with a bit of control, and a bit of value, that has a lot of hoops to jump through in order to work. Most reanimator decks tend to lean toward self-mill, or drawing and discarding bunches of cards at a time in order to fill their yards. I've played a Kess, Dissident Mage reanimator deck that worked that way, and Sefris is a very different beast.

Sefris really only cares about one creature CARD going to the graveyard per turn, so dumping more than one into the yard doesn't do much to help the game plan. Therefore, I'm looking more at lotting effects, and "discard a card" activated abilities, with a little sacrifice thrown in as well to get things moving forward. Ideally, this wants to be venturing into the dungeon off Sefris' trigger once per turn (ours and our opponents'), to complete a dungeon and reanimate a creature each turn cycle. Later in the game, when other pieces come online, it's certainly possible to complete a dungeon multiple times per turn cycle, or even per turn.

I've mostly stayed away from combos, other than Reveillark + Karmic Guide + Viscera Seer / Dimir House Guard + Sefris, of the Hidden Ways. Each of these cards functions very well in the deck on their own, and sometimes you just need a combo to close things out, but with few ways to tutor up pieces, this is certainly not the main plan of attack for the deck. There are other on-theme wincons available, such as with Acererak, that I'm not including, mostly due to the individual parts not being useful on their own. The main game plan has been to accrue value over time with some removal and control, bring in some big, evasive bodies that can hit hard, and drain the table incidentally while going through The Lost Mine of Phandelver.

Would appreciate feedback and suggestions on cards that should be included or cut from the deck, as it is very much still a work in progress.
