Many have tried to make an affinity deck with Ensoul Artifact in standard since M15, but I think that the best way to use it is to build WITH IT, not AROUND IT.
Based on this observation, I made an aggro selesnya deck focused on burn and counterspells that can kill without Ensoul Artifact but benefits greatly of it. Turn 5 kills happens quite a lot, and your opponent will probably be confused as hell G1.
There's no impossible MU, but post-board decks that can play Erase and Suspension Field are harder to beat
I think the main deck choices are quite self explaining, so I'll just comment the sideboard :

Sideboard Choices

-Anger of the Gods : Crush any aggro deck
-Annul : Super effective against BG Constellation and Sultai Whip
-Circle of Flame : One of the best cards against Mono Red
-Clever Impersonator : Still testing it atm-Disdainful Stroke : Good against midrange, whip, control...
-Magma Spray : When a cheap removal is needed
-Negate : Shall I explain this one ?
-Neutralizing Blast : Because Abzan Charm and Jeskai Charm screw us, but can also counter threats like Siege Rhino
-Steam Augury : Good in any grindy matchup to refuel your hand
-Thassa, God of the Sea : Same as above, Thassa resolved = active draws for the rest of the game.
-Voyage's End : Good card, can be used both offensively and defensively
