A mono-blue deck looking to self mill and win with Lab Man, War Jace, or Oracle. Paradigm Shift is also an option for emptying the library super fast. My original commander was Stitcher Geralf, but people don't like seeing him too much. After him, I used Baby Jace as his downtick makes getting the storm started/keeping it going a little easier. Then it was on to Baral. The discount he gave for instants and sorceries was useful, but the hate he generated was just not worth it. Now, Orvar leads it. Basically tho, the plan is to storm off and Brain Freeze your deck and Oracle, Lab Man, or Jace for the win. If you ult Baby Jace, that's basically the same thing if you target yourself with all of the triggers. You can also use Aetherflux Reservoir as a storm kill.
