The tools to do so are ramp for the missing colors with Chromatic Lantern or Celestial Dawn. To keep the supplies up - cards in opponents hand - I put Folio of Fancies or Intellectual Offering in. To know who to pick on there are these cards Seer's Vision + Telepathy .

If you want, you can go infinite turns with Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve and to seal the deal you could triple Paradox Haze with Estrid's Invocation + Mirrormade or Copy Enchantment + Mirage Mirror or any combination of these four.
