The idea here is to use the commander to gain Tempo over the match, until you can Tutor for the Parallel Thoughts. Using P.T. You can select Traumatize, Keening Stone, Swiftfoot Boots, Counterspell, Selective Memory, Mind Spring, and Tormod's Crypt. You use the card draw and Selective Memory to reduce your deck to nothing but card draw and lands, and then get the P.T. Pile into your hand and onto the field as fast as possible. Traumatize, Keening Stone.... (maybe tormod's) Game over.
