Goats are sort of a must-have for casual deckbuilders, so I finally sat down and cobbled together a mono-white goats deck that'll just flood the table. It is a bit more expensive than I like but the synergies are just too sweet :)

What we wanna do is try and get out Soul Warden as early as possible, followed by Wall of Omens, Intangible Virtue or Benalish Marshal. Then cast Springjack Shepherd. It's OK if the number of white mana symbols is only 3-5 at this point - we can flicker the shepherds later with Flickerwisp and Cloudshift. Before we do that however we want to cast Spear of Heliod, Panharmonicon or Anointed Procession. Or Angelic Accord, to benefit from the lifegain. At this point, the biggest problem we'll have is not the opponent, but actually getting enough goat tokens for these kind of shenanigans. Later, Ancestor Dragon allows us gain massive amounts of life when we attacking with an army of goats. Trading Post allows us to recover lost artifacts, pump up mana by sacrificing a goat or two or gain 4 life in a pinch (to create angel tokens).

Now, two artifacts often seen in goat/token decks are Eldrazi Monument and Obelisk of Urd. While nobody can deny that they work really well, they make the deck pretty expensive and I believe it performs reasonably well without them.
