Use suspend manipulation to get Arjun, the Shifting Flame to Winds of Rath a bunch. Then dig for Dream Halls.
If you have Dream Halls out that's Step 1. Step 2 is get Thought Reflection/Alhammarret's Archive into play. After you have this interaction setup everything should be downhill from here. Make sure you have Leyline of Anticipation out ASAP and you should be able to pull out any wincon at instant speed.
