This is an upgraded version of the Neon Kamigawa pre-con commander deck: "Buckle up".

Your basic blue-white strategy. A bit of control. A bit of deck manipulation. Lots of winged damawgae.

Couple of key combos: Intruder Alarm + Shorikai, Genesis Engine + Silver Myr : Crew Shorikai. Tap Silver Myr to activate Shorikai which makes you a pilot token that triggers intruder alarm and untaps silver myr and Shorikai. Repeat. Limited by your deck size of course, so it's not fully infinite.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + Sol Ring + Silver Myr + Shorikai, Genesis Engine: Cast isochron scepter targeting dramatic reversal for the imprint. Use the mana dork and Sol Ring to activate Shorikai and the scepter to untap everything. Repeat. Either of these combos work with other mana dorks of course.
