Upgraded from the "Cavalry Charge" precon.

Quite a few cards I would've like to put in, and a few I had to cut out. I put in a few ramp and a colour fixing options, and a bit more card draw. I think constant drawing will hopefully hit land drops, but a few games with the deck will decide that.
