What we're after here is setting off Quest for Ula's Temple by using Time Sieve's ability to get you an extra upkeep or using Open the Vaults to create an enormous Glaze Fiend or two. The Day of Judgments will put plenty into your graveyard, and if you get out the Time Sieve I've included 4 0 cost artifacts, so it doesn't hurt your mana to cast artifacts to sacrifice to the sieve which you can get back through Open the Vaults anyway.
