I only recently got into Magic, infected by the enthusiasm of the salesman in a local gamestore. Presented with a blue M13 starterdeck, and wanting to keep up with the development of the game: Simic seemed like a good guild to start. Thus my first revision of an earlier deck, which I found lacking in several areas.

The general idea is rather simple. Evolve being the mechanic of the blue-green guild deck it took but a few boosters to find enough usable cards to build a deck that aims to utilise the evolving to the fullest. That said, I have not purchased any card outside the ones me and my friends received in boosters (although I managed to get 4x of most of em:)) and for now, spashing is not really an option (but one I will get to eventually) I'd like some general comments about whether the deck is competative (in a friendly way, mind you) and if any obvious things are missing. I have plenty to shift around, both creature- and spellwise.

Tactics are threefold: 1.use Crocanura and Experiment One as defence. 2.flying and unblockable for offence. 3.'finisher' cards to ensure the victory.
