Here's the game plan: ramp out to your commander, Momir Vig, Simic Visionary, ASAP, then get the following cards in this order: Master Biomancer (hopefully you'll have ways to put +1/+1 counters on it, such as Inexorable Tide, Forced Adaptation, etc.), then Tishana, Voice of Thunder if you don't have Reliquary Tower or Thought Vessel yet, then Altered Ego, playing it as a copy of Biomancer, and finally Prime Speaker Zegana and Fathom Mage. You should hopefully draw into what you need for the infinite turn combo: Evolution Vat, Sage of Hours, Bow of Nylea, and a way to get rid of your max hand size.

The way the combo works is you use the Vat and the crap ton of mana you should have by now to make Biomancer and/or Altered Ego infinity/infinities. Then play Sage to take infinite turns. Finally, use Bow to be putting cards from your graveyard back into your library. At this point, you don't want a max hand size anymore because you need to be discarding and putting cards into your graveyard so you can put them back in the deck.
