This deck uses a combination of Evolve, Undying, and Control tactics to devastating effect.

Making efficient and quick use of the evolve mechanic, on turn one play Cloudfin Raptor, then next turn play Slitherhead , and then Rapid Hybridization it into a 3/3 frog lizard. Both the Slitherhead and the frog will have evolved Cloudfin Raptor into a 2/3. Then scavenge the Slitherhead to grow the raptor into a 3/4 flying to swing on turn two, as well as having a 3/3 frog ready on the field.

Zameck Guildmage paired with undying creatures like Strangleroot Geist allows you to be aggressive with it as long as you have the mana to take it's +1/+1 counter away and have it keep coming back, plus Rancor helps to make this tactic even stronger. The guildmage also goes well with Lorescale Coatl to ramp up the speed of the deck, using it to draw cards without actually loosing any +1/+1 counters.

Gyre Sage with Forced Adaptation ensures fast growth and mana ramping, then when the time comes use Bioshift on your attacking Vorapede to deliver a powerful hit.

Hydrosurge or Downsize in conjunction with Simic Manipulator finishes things off by easily relieving your opponents of their pesky creatures, and using Glaring Spotlight means nothing is safe from this.

I'm considering swapping Master Biomancer for something else from the sideboard, but want to see how playtesting goes first.
