This is basically the deck Tempo is Weird; I swapped Boon Satyr for Bounding Krasis (I am not a huge fan of Boon Satyr ) and replaced Cloudfin Raptor for Delver of Secrets . We have to invest too heavily in Cloudfin Raptor to get a 3 power flyer on T2. Also, drawing two Cloudfin Raptor is awkward.

The goal with Pongify and Rapid Hybridization is to nix the opponents removal.

Someday I will afford Misty Rainforest , but it's a hefty investment (after initial play testing the mana wasn't too restrictive either).

Thursday Night Magic — Oct. 15, 2015

Went 2-2 at Thursday Night Magic. I crushed a R/G tron deck (having counterspells just wins the game) and won against a Mirror Mockery tokens deck thing. I lost a very close match against R/W Aggro due to a misplay (Bounding Krasis needed to be played before attacks DUH!). I also played a R/W ETB deck, with Restoration Angel, Blade Splicer, and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, but drew nothing interactive enough to keep tempo. The deck was super fun to play though and I see no obvious changes at the moment. More game play soon!
