Rule 0 EDH, if you haven't heard of the term, refers to EDH decks in which either the commander(s) or the 99 have illegal cards in them. This could mean that you have a nonlegendary or noncreature commander, or maybe even two of them that don't normally have partner. In my case, Song of Creation is my commander, which as you can see, is neither a creature nor legendary. But I'm of the mindset that commander is meant for fun anyway, and sticking to the rules leads to less creativity.

I've basically always wanted to build a storm deck in commander, and it's always seemed way too difficult. This deck isn't purely storm, but that's one of the many ways it can win.

Pretty much every combo in this deck requires Song of Creation to be on the battlefield, and chaining zero and one CMC spells until you have enough cards to do something wild. Here are a list of some of those wild things, starting with our storm and pseudo-storm wincons:

Aetherflux Reservoir: this one is decently self-explanatory. Cast it, cast a very large number of spells, profit.

Ignite Memories: also pretty self-explanatory. 30 copies of this spell is probably enough to kill someone.

Brallin, Skyshark Rider  : Draw lots of cards off Song of Creation, go to your endstep, and it forces you to discard your hand. Brallin will deal one damage to each opponent per card you discard.

Glint-Horn Buccaneer: See above. It does basically the same thing as Brallin.

Mystic Redaction: you need quite a few cards in hand for this one to work, but if it does you can mill every other player in the game out in one endstep.

Firestorm: this can function as a way to one-shot the table, or a boardwipe, or I guess both, although that doesn't really do anything. Overall very strong card.

Bag of Holding: not a wincon but still worth mentioning. The downside of Song of Creation completely goes away, and in a future turn you get to start with a solid 30 cards in hand.

Psychosis Crawler: classic wincon for decks that draw a million cards. Ends games pretty quickly.

Ominous Seas: I just think this is hilarious.

The deck's still in progress, and since there are basically zero resources for building a deck with an illegal commander, I've had to do many hours of searching scryfall for wacky unknown cards. If you have ideas, please comment below!
