A Budget, WIP of the new Brallin + Shabraz Partners in Jeskai.

Focus of the deck is on Brallin, Skyshark Rider   and the ability of the card to win off of Curiosity alongside a discard. Because of this, in a more budget list, I've decided that some cards are more viable for guaranteed discards and require board interaction to stop the combo. On a higher budget, this deck would of course run Wheel of Fortune and Timetwister and many other cards, but we're really trying to make a more efficient Niv Mizzet style deck.
