I saw some mono-white infect decks floating around awhile back and I thought they looked really fun. With some of the newer cards I want to try my hand at building my own. Although the goal of this deck is the same as the normal green (and often blue) infect decks, it runs a lot more interaction and plays a slightly slower game. Instead of trying to buff our creatures using instants and sorceries this deck uses All That Glitters , Tempered Steel and Ethereal Armor along with other artifacts and enchantments. All the creatures we run are artifacts to make the most out of these cards. In fact we try to run artifacts and enchantments for all our purposes: creatures, buff, interaction and protection.

In terms of interaction the deck runs On Thin Ice as its main removal spell. I don't understand why this card is not played more. Its great budget removal. I think if Bogles ever makes a comeback this card will be great there. Prison Term is also great as it can jump from creature to creature, taking out whatever threat you think is most important. All infect decks need to run some form of protection in our case Hyena Umbra and Spellskite . Spellskite can save your other creatures from removal, change the target of blockers and is great if you are facing burn. As well as that it is also an artifact. Hyena Umbra provides a little buff on top of protection and also grants first strike as an added bonus. Spirit Mantle fills the same role and also makes your threats unlockable. Ajani, Caller of the Pride is a really powerful card. Coming down at only three mana he slowly buffs your creatures until your ready for your game winning swing, then grants your creature flying AND double strike, guaranteeing a win.
