Update 1, the removal of Proliferate - As the list has settled down a bit after its initial creation, the proliferate idea just never panned out as much as I initially hopped for. Since there's other cards I wanted to include to help protect and secure Toxrill, I just decided to remove a majority of the proliferate package, save for Karn's Bastion and Fuel for the Cause.
