This with Codex Shredder or Staff of Nirn is a instant win. Use with Dockside Extortionist for all the loot you could ask for or Urza, Lord High Artificer for all the Blue you could possibly need.

Birgi, God of Storytelling + Grinning Ignus
Add Veyran, Voice of Duality for infinite red mana

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter for infinite storm

Isochron Scepter + Narset's Reversal + Time Warp for infinite turns

Acrobatic Maneuver + Dualcaster Mage to draw your deck

Elsha of the Infinite + Foundry Inspector + Sensei's Divining Top draws your deck
