This was originally copied from Merfolk, Merfolk everywhere by stevensbaxter. However, it has changed fairly drastically from that point.

The primary concept of this deck is to have Merfolk that build and are unblockable. Using Merrow Commerce, I essentially give my Merfolk vigilance as well. (I might not need to run 4 Merrow Commerce as their effect doesn't improve with multiples, but it increases my odds of drawing it.)My cards are all low drops, so using my Merrow Reejerey, I can drop a bunch of cards in a single turn.
