This is the quickest and most sustainable Silver deck I've managed to pull together. Feedback is more than welcome. With a perfect draw, you could pull off victory in 4 turns (and don't even need the Mutavault) 36 Flying Damage on turn 4!

I run with 61 cards, just in case there's a mill deck.

Turn 1:Mountain -> Striking Sliver

Turn 2:Rootbound Crag -> Manaweft Sliver | Tap Striking Sliver for Blue -> Galerider Sliver

Turn 3:Forrest - tap all Slivers & Land -> Megantic Sliver

Turn 4:Plains -> Bonescythe Silver Attack with all - 36 flying damage.

8 lands for white

8 lands for green

8 lands for red

2 lands for blue

2 lands for black

2 Cavern of Souls (any colour)

4 Manaweft Sliver

I figure this gives me enough spread to run the five colours.
