Wanting to make a Sliver toolbox deck, and I don't want the linear, boring, sure-to-draw-hate overlord as Commander. I figure I'll run some wipes/recursion, to turn a major sliver weakness into a wincon.

Need suggestions on what to remove, and what other boardwipes and recursion I should consider.
