Goal: Fetch Crystalline Sliver, Constricting Sliver, and Harmonic Sliver to control the board. Thorncaster Sliverand Venom Sliver also play very well together. A couple attempts at card draw are included, as well as some removal for agro decks. Eventually I will buy 3 more worldly tutors but Congregation at Dawn will work ok for now, unless I face a mill deck. I didn't put any counter spells in because Crystalline Sliver, Hibernation Sliver, and Sliver Hivelord should keep my slivers alive. I may remove Ready / Willing if fetch consistently can bring out all the slivers I need and I can always get Sliver Hivelord out early enough. As it stands, it gives me indestructible far earlier and even untaps the slivers used to cast it.
An ideal starting hand is either a Forest or Sliver Hive for first drop and get out Manaweft Sliver turn two or possibly fetch Crystalline Sliver via Worldly Tutor for turn two.
