This is my version of the Commander Masters Sliver Swarm Deck list. The modifications that I have made are mainly fit my play group or or to fix some flaws that were present in the Precon. I am working on making a complete writeup, any advice on further modifications would be greatly appreciated.

Starting with the commander I went with Sliver Overlord, though in my list there is also Sliver Gravemother, Sliver Hivelord, Sliver Legion, The First Sliver, and Morophon, the Boundless. I choose Sliver Overlord because of its activated abilities, allowing for tutoring Slivers including all the alternate commanders. This is very powerful as Morophon, the Boundless discounts the colored cost of all slivers, which can make it so that all the alternate commanders can be cast for free.

Continuing this theme of discount Sliver we have Urza's Incubator and Herald's Horn. Both of these cards are powerful on their own in a tribal deck but when either are combined with each other or Morophon, the Boundless most Slivers are almost free or completely free to cast. This allows the Slivers tutored by Sliver Overlord to be essentially cast for {3}.

Now what good do discounts do if you have no Slivers? None. So we have;

• Distant Melody
• Windfall

These cards provide card draw which is stronger than the following as there is no trade off. We also have For the Ancestors which is not card draw per say as it only grabs Slivers. Next we have cards that allow value by working with the top card of the library Realmwalker andHerald's Horn. Of the two I find Herald's Horn to be the worse one as it only triggers in the upkeep. Next we have Homing Sliver one of the cards in my mainboard that I have never been able to utilize to its full potential. It has Slivercycling which lets us cycle unwanted Slivers from our hand and find a new better Sliver to cast. Then we have The First Sliver which is a lot of fun as it is always satisfying to play a good sliver and then to hit another bomb with Cascade.
