Gameplan

Exchange life...

• for cards with Bolas's Citadel, Necropotence and Black Market Connections.
• for tokens with Crested Sunmare.
• to remove threats with Anguished Unmaking, Toxic Deluge and Karlov of the Ghost Council.
• to remove my opponents' creatures and/or restore my own with Witch of the Moors, Celestine, the Living Saint and Rodolf Duskbringer.

Combo Wins

• Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond
• Exquisite Blood and Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose
• Debt to the Deathless with Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose to double the life my opponent loses (since they lose the life I gain, too)

All made easier with a surprise Beacon of Immortality to achieve those high life totals.
