I went through a lot of iterating before landing on this (and I'm sure I'll go through a few more).

A pretty vanilla reanimator deck. The main idea is to get Survival of the Fittest online quickly, then reanimate Sheoldred, Whispering One for further reanimation shenanigans. You aren't always going to have survival or a tutor for it, so many of your beatsticks also come with cycling in order to put themselves in the graveyard. Or, if you have Sneak Attack you can get them on the battlefield first, then reanimate later. You also have a few ways to draw/discard to get those reanimator targets in the graveyard (i.e. Faithless Looting).

Sheoldred is kinda the hidden commander because you usually want her in play more than Lord Windgrace. However, Lord Windgrace does offer you the ability to cycle dead cards or reanimator targets stuck in your hand.

The deck does have some silver bullet removal, which can be tutored for if necessary. But, tutors should usually be used for fetching Survival.
