My take on modern goblins, replacing legion loyalist with bloodmark mentor for giving all red creatures first strike but a little cheaper. Easy to take someone down by turn 5.

You can switch out legion loyalist for the bloodmark mentor if it's in your budget.

Stoneforge Masterwork + Piledriver + subteranean scout can easily do 10-15 damage that is unblockable.
