This deck revolves mainly around Phenax, God of Deception and his ability to let my creatures mill. Why Tasigur, the Golden Fang as a commander then? Green has tons of artifact and enchantment hate, as well as a bunch of mana fixing. There are also things that let me untap my stuff during my opponents turns, which helps a lot with my blue control shenanigans.

Archetype of Imagination + Stormtide Leviathan : What was that? I can't hear you over the flapping of imaginary wings!

Dictate of Kruphix + Monastery Siege + Sphinx's Tutelage : Sucks to be a mono-colored deck.

Creakwood Liege + black/green creatures: Buffing my mill base.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver: Cuz who doesn't like stealing things?

Psychic Intrusion/Telemin Performance: Speaking of stealing things...

Phenax, God of Deception + anything with high toughness: End of your turn, mill you for 35.

Tormod's Crypt/Nihil Spellbomb/Deathrite Shaman: Those Eldrazi like to shuffle themselves back into the library, bringing the graveyard with. Not today. Activate D. Shaman's ability to exile the Eldrazi, or crack the Crypt/Spellbomb to exile the whole graveyard. If you crack the Spellbomb, you can draw a card if you have the mana.

Zendikar Resurgent: Metric crap tons of mana, plus draw when I cast a creature? Nice. Also effectively makes Counterspell "U, Counter target spell".

Combos with cards I'm going to/planning to get:

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank : Infinite combo? Sure, why not?

Phenax, God of Deception + Quest for Renewal + some creature: Easy untapability on other turns? YES.
