I had an idea for a deck that would prevent anyone from playing anything ever, using Endless Swarm and One With Nothing.

The idea is simple: Black Lotus (3 blue mana) -> Show and Tell -> Omniscience -> card draw -> Hive Mind -> Colfenor's Plan -> Endless Swarm -> One With Nothing. From there, no-one can cast spells or draw, and with no cards in hand, there's nothing anyone can do.

Realistically, there's nowhere near enough card draw and way too many counterspells to be able to reliably pull this off, plus it's reliant on you having Black Lotus, Show and Tell, Omniscience and card draw in one hand.
