About a week before Solar Flare became "real", i.e. before it was considered a Tier 1, I had a deck built that made use of the uneasy alliance between Sun Titan and Liliana of the Veil. I was also using Fiend Hunter instead of Oblivion Ring, and far too many kill spells. Next thing I know my friend pulls two Snapcaster Mage at the release and, after a trade or two, I've now got the resources to integrate my favorite color.

Let me start by saying I don't have an Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. If I did, I would definitely play her, I'll just need to play-test with her first.

Also, as I know many - and I'm sure more of - my fellow Solar Flare pilots/friends experienced these past weekends, I see a need to board 4 Despise s at this point. I'm not liking the love between Garruk, Primal Hunter and Primeval Titan.

So without further ado, here is my take on Solar Flare. Thank you to all who have contributed, especially Karnage, with whom I have ping-ponged many ideas back and forth between.
