The basic idea of this deck is to get extreme card advantage, exile your opponent's library, and destroy their hopes and dreams, all in a painfully slow game. Sire of Stagnation punishes the opponent for playing lands by exiling cards from the top of their library, and spells like Grip of Desolation force them to play even more lands to keep up with your spells. Eldrazi's with ingest, ( Benthic Infiltrator , Dominator Drone ) Oblivion Sower, and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver (if you happen to draw her) exile even more cards from your opponent's library, giving future Oblivion Sowers a steadily growing pool of lands to take under your control.
