I wanted to build a spell slinger deck centered around Dragon's Approach 's ability to have as many copies in a deck as you want. There are a few Dragons, but the second ability isn't the focus.

...And I didn't want to just play a deck with just tutors to get Thrumming Stone , 35 lands, and 35 Dragon's Approach s...

The object is to reduce the Mana cost for Dragon's Approach to just 1 Red, or free; then win with multiple casts.
