Test of an UR deck. Actually, this deck was meant as a starting point for Jhoira of the Ghitu, Melek, Izzet Paragon or Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind EDHs, and shall be upgraded depending on your favourite play style.

Jhoira focuses on playing big stuff soon and almost for free, so purchasing creatures like It That Betrays, Emrakul, the Promised End, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and Kozilek, the Great Distortion is essential. Omniscience is also an excellent choice, for example, going for the win with Jhoira into Enter the Infinite + Omniscience is really fun.

Melek, for instance, offers a more Spell Slinger approach, while creating copies of spells is awesome, Melek takes long to get in and go off, so adding some counters and control spells may get you alive until later turns, when Melek can shine coping Blatant Thievery, Comet Storm or even Blue Sun's Zenith for tons of card advantage. Top deck manipulation is required, so Sensei's Divining Top, Ponder, Preordain and even Jace's Sanctum are nice cards to add.

Niv-Mizzet is an excellent Wheel Effects commander, more draw X engines are welcome and also Arjun, the Shifting Flame for constant drawing cards. Imagine having Alhammarret's Archive + Arjun, the Shifting Flame , really strong combination. However, Niv-Mizzet comes late too, so having ways to deal with your opponents threats is often a good idea.

These are just direction one may take from this deck, while this deck is not as strong as most EDH decks, it is still fun to play and have Mind's Desire for high storm counts, and then coping it with either Melek, Insidious Will, Swarm Intelligence or Mirari, and then playing 30 free spells, out of the blue.
