The idea is quite simple:

Plan A:

1. Ramp out Arix early
2. Play loads of cantrips
3. Smack for Voltron while controlling the board

Plan B:

1. Ramp out Arix early
2. Control the board and amass value / tokens
3. Buff them with stuff like Overwhelming Stampede in conjuction with Arix.

The deck plays a large amount of ramp because not playing Arixmethes on turn 3 is ALWAYS a bad feeling.
