A modern Mill-storm deck that abuses Sphinx's Tutelage with Burning Inquiry and Reforge the Soul inside a UR Storm shell.

Reforge the Soul :

This card is powerful in the right shell. Assuming no re-triggers on Sphinx's Tutelage, this will normally draw you a full new hand and take 21 cards from their library which will more likely be 1/3 of their whole deck. Miracle is just icing on the cake.

Sphinx's Tutelage:

This is the current win condition in the deck. The main problem I was facing was getting myself decked before I won and this card solves that. Since half of our draw is double-sided the opponent will be thinning their deck three times as fast as we would be.

Goblin Electromancer:

A staple in UR Storm it essentially makes it a lot easier and faster to combo.

Burning Inquiry :

This card has some pretty serious burn post-tutelage but on earlier turns it can be quite risky, but draw 3 is draw 3.

Visions of Beyond:

This is your 4-of-Ancestral Recall. See above, this card is only effective when you can draw three but can be used to cantrip if need be.

Pyretic Ritual , Desperate Ritual and Manamorphose :

They give us our mana to cast as many spells as we need in one turn. Works extra well with Goblin Electromancer.

Faithless Looting:

Faithless Looting is a great card to dump excess lands when we are comboing off and to dig through our deck for certain cards. Flashback is a nice bonus.

Remember all those cards we just discarded or cast? They're back!
