I'm looking to make a Blue/Black mill deck in standard using Sphinx's Tutelage and some fog-like effects. I'm hoping to do blue/black, but I'm also leaning towards mono-blue with some artifact fun. I just plan on using cards I already have at my disposal or cheap pick ups from my lgs.
