A standard mill deck inspired by Blue, Ballin' Chandra that I heavily modified and believe is worthy of it's own thing.
Of course, the most important thing derived from the original deck is the Sphinx's Tutelage and Chandra, Flamecaller combo. This combo is pretty fucking crazy, and once you have that Chandra out, It's game over.
Learn from the Past is for when you get later in the game, and you're drawing/discarding your whole deck. This keeps you from milling yourself to death, and having two lets you cycle them out for each other.
Pretty much all of the creatures here are for blocking, though Jhessian Thief with Slip Through Space is good for an extra card draw, Benthic Infiltrator could help with those last few cards to mill, and Palace Familiar

Sidisi's Faithful
are both a nice combo to get two draws out of, and both excellent chumps to block with.
All the draws are for, well, drawing, mostly to trigger Sphinx's Tutelage. Alhammarret's Archive DOUBLES your draw! So be sure to abuse this by making a 1 mana drop (Sidisi's Faithful) combo well with a 2 mana drop (Palace Familiar) for a whopping four cards!
Some of you might suggest Treasure Cruise, and honestly, I think this card is garbage. I wouldn't want to exile any card with Learn from the Past out, and either way, 8 mana delve for three cards is atrocious. (And it's being cycled out in like 9 weeks.)
