The main intent of this Boros (RedWhite) deck is to utilize the Boros Reckoner damage redirection. The addition of Dictate of the Twin Gods allows for a possible infinite damage combo once Boros Reckoner is made to be indestructible. Because while Boros Reckoner is indestructible, you can keep repeatedly doubling Boros Reckoner's damage copy & redirection ability at himself, until it doubles to a massive number, and then throw it at your opponent to end the game.

Even if the infinite combo never emerges, Spite of Mogis along with a total of 26-28 instants/sorceries can allow for a massive Spite of Mogis damage redirection. And if you have Dictate of the Twin Gods in play, you will likely be redirecting spite for lethal damage (regardless whether or not you were able to make him indestructible).

The main engine to set this up is scrye...lots and lots of scrye. 28 sources of scrye, with Sigiled Skink potentially providing repeatable scryes. So while this deck mainly just needs 3 mana (just 3 cards with 4-5 CMC), once this deck hits 5 mana, you scrye away all the rest of the lands to find more meaningful draws. Meanwhile, while this deck is a scrye machine, as an alternate win condition, the deck takes advantage of Flamespeaker Adept as it becomes extremely difficult to block or attack into. Even a simple Spark Jolt can allow Boros Reckonerto kill a 4 toughness creature with first strike or Flamespeaker Adept to kill a 5 toughness creature with first strike.
