Should I add a splash of red for Impact Tremors?

Ephemerate + Springjack Shepherd /Springjack Shepherd + Teleportation Circle and Mirror Entity + Springjack Pasture are the core components to this mechanism.

Attacking with 15, 14/14 goats on turn 5. Best case scenario to be as aggressive as possible and you need to go second. Hand size is my biggest issue.

Turn 1. Play a Plains and nothing else.

Turn 2. Play a second Plains and a Wizened Cenn.

Turn 3. Play a third Plains and 2 Ballyrush Bannerets.

Turn 4. Play a fourth Plains and a Springjack Shepherd, spawning 5, 0/1 goats. Play 2 Ephemerates on Springjack Shepherd, spawning an additional 10, 0/1 goats. Giving you a total of 15, 0/1 goats.

Turn 5. Allow both Ephemerates from exile to resolve on Springjack Shepherd again, spawning an additional 10, 0/1 goats. Giving you a total of 25, 0/1 goats. Play a Springjack Pasture and a Mirror Entity, exhausting your entire hand.

Attack with your original 15, 0/1 goats and allow blockers to be determined. Tap Springjack Pasture and sacrifice your remaining 10, 0/1 goats. Adding 10 life to yourself and 10 mana of the color of your choice to your mana pool, we'll go with white. Using Mirror Entity's ability use the 10 mana in your mana pool plus tap the 3 unused Plains giving all your creatures a base power of 13/13 and all creature types. Because all your creatures are now all creature types, your Wizened Cenns passive ability also applies to all your creatures making them all 14/14s. Note. You can sacrifice all blocked goats as well to add more life to yourself and add more mana to your mana pool. Allowing you to increase the power and toughness of each unblocked creature.

Any help or advice making more goats, making stronger goats or even making them attack a turn or 2 earlier while only using Kithkin's/Changeling's would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

If I added Impact Tremors this would be the most aggressive play possible. Again, you need to go second and hand size is the biggest issue.

Turn 1. Play a Boros Guildgate and nothing else.

Turn 2. Play a Plains and a Impact Tremors.

Turn 3. Play a second Plains and 2 Ballyrush Bannerets, Activating Impact Tremors passive ability, dealing 2 damage to all opponents.

Turn 4. Play a third Plains and a Springjack Shepherd, spawning 3, 0/1 goats and dealing another 4 damage to all opponents. Play 2 Ephemerates on Springjack Shepherd, spawning an additional 6, 0/1 goats and dealing an additional 8 damage to all opponents. Giving you a total of 9, 0/1 goats and dealing 12 damage to all opponents this turn, a total 14 damage to all opponents.

Turn 5. Allow both Ephemerates from exile to resolve on Springjack Shepherd again, spawning an additional 6, 0/1 goats giving you a total of 15 goats and dealing another 8 damage to all opponents, a total of 22 damage to all opponents.

If anyone has survived play a Springjack Pasture and a Mirror Entity, exhausting your entire hand and dealing another 1 damage to all opponents.

Attack with your original 9, 0/1 goats and allow blockers to be determined. Tap Springjack Pasture and sacrifice your remaining 6, 0/1 goats. Adding 6 life to yourself and 6 mana of the color of your choice to your mana pool, we'll go with white. Using Mirror Entity's ability use the 6 mana in your mana pool plus tap the 3 unused Plains giving all your creatures a base power of 9/9 and all creature types.

Should I add Impact Tremors?
