Step one: get many squirrels using Chatterfang, Squirrel General in addition to other cards that makes tokens. (Examples of some cards to help with this are Second Harvest and Emrakul's Evangel to duplicate tokens you already have, Old Gnawbone and Academy Manufactor for non-creature tokens that will make squirrel tokens thanks to Chatterfang, Squirrel General's ability, and an infinite combo with Scurry Oak and Ivy Lane Denizen for popping out squirrel tokens in general like a mad lad.)

Step two: Pop out cards such as Squirrel Mob, Pennon Blade, and Scion of the Wild that will become 'big number'/'big number' due to the number of creature/squirrel tokens you have.

Step three: hope your opponents got nothing to counter the massive amount of tokens you have or the 'big number' guys you have but in case you need to make sure they can attack the other player you can use cards such as Fleetfeather Sandals, Hot Soup, or Rogue's Passage to swing and hit.

Note, I'm new to the idea of commander so this might not be as good as I think it is. Also I heard somewhere you should have like at least 8-10 board wipes but I don't like that idea with this deck since the goal is to get as many tokens as possible. I'm open to suggestions and criticism to make improvements though.
