For the last several seasons, the color combination of Bant has been strictly proceeded by the word Hexproof. Bant has the option to perform in so many areas, whereas the UW control style doesn't have the flexibility to play anything past the "You can't do that" game. While this Bant list can play the permissive control game, it can also turn around and play the aggro route. It has the speed to beat out a midrange deck, and has the ability to come back from a hyper aggressive assault, all the while playing Flash creatures to keep the opponent guessing as to what game you will be playing.
