Fun standard green/black deck using a gorgon theme, in anticipation for more gorgon support in journey to nyx, well, we can only hope! Win conditions are ramp into beat-down and multiple boardwipes for tempo, or sneaking a cheeky vraska assassin through.

Sideboarding considerations:
Deadbridge Chant:
A useful 1-of in slower paced games where removal to the graveyard is prevalent. The random chance of bring back a creature to the field is roughly 50/50 in this deck, and cards returning to the hand are more often than not going to be removal.
\Pharika's Cure>
Dreg Mangler:
A match for aggro, 3/3 making combat tough, if heavier burn, keep in the higher toughness on keepsake over mender.
\Keepsake Gorgon, Pharika's Mender or Hythonia the Cruel>
Lotleth Troll:
Strong versus aggro - mid range, 1 mana regenerate, can become larger, better trades with trample. replace keepsakes, synergy with mender to re-discard same creature.
\Keepsake Gorgon and/or a Hythonia the Cruel>
Pharika's Cure:
Great for the aggro match up, extra removal versus 2 toughness and improves combats against 3-4 toughness. Life gain excellent for racing and stabilising early game.
\Hythonia the Cruel, Doom Blade (vs black)>
Sedge Scorpion:
When against an exceptionally fast, or creature heavy match up, bring in all 4 copies of this to slow down the game and make attacks less profitable. trade out for non-creature spells to saturate our board more quickly. particularly good to bring in along-side Lotleth Troll as it increases the likelihood of having a creature to pump him, and is less important if lost. also cheap scavenge to use spare mana with Varolz, the Scar-Striped
\Hero's Downfall, Thoughtseize>
Varolz, the Scar-Striped:
Good versus slower decks that don't have access to bounce spells. allows us to bulk up our board via scavenge to out-power other ramp decks. more effective when bringing in extra creatures. His regenerate is a sly way to get around lock down cards such as Claustrophobia or Tidebinder Mage as you may sacrifice a creature, and then gain value through scavenge or retrieve that card with a mender.
\Keepsake Gorgon as there negative synergy between a 5 cost card and scavenge for 2 power. alternatively, Pharika's Cure vs. slow or low creature decks>
