A nice Izzet mix of burn and control. Fairly self explanatory, control with counter spells all day, draw cards with Think Twice, and get card advantage with Augur of Bolas. After I am in control of the board, I will play an Aetherling and swing for eight unblockable damage each tun. Because we are on budget, I gave up shocklands for the must more cost efficient guildgates. I have a single Snapcaster Mage, but that is only because I happen to own a copy in real life. If anyone wants to build this deck themselves, you could substitute a fourth copy of Augur of Bolas.
