Standard Landfall

Standard* RG (Gruul)

I always have thought that landfall is a cool mechanic and due to the amount of pretty good landfall cards in battle for zendikar I decided to give in a shot and see if i can make a playable Standard deck using this mechanic.

Some of the cards in my deck are kind of questionable and I'm not quite sure of I have my 2 Grove Rumblers and the reason I like those is because I can make them do a lot of damage quick and the combo fairly well with Omnath. With Omnath, Locus of Rage I have debated only running 3 but they are so important to draw I figured I had to run the 4. The reason that Omnath, Locus of Rage is so important other than the fact that I can make a ton of 5/5s is because most of the creatures in my deck happen to be elementals and being able to Lightning Strike whenever a creature dies is quite obviously very helpful. The Undergrowth Champion I really like because I can get it out using Collected Company and its ability allows it to block big creatures like eldrazi and stop an aggro deck. I was going to use Scythe Leopard for my 1 drop in this deck but recently they spoiled a reprint of Dragonmaster Outcast I put this in because of the amount of ramp this deck uses and i need a low drop attach Sword of the Animist to something and it gives it a nice buff whenever it attacks. most of the land finding cards are crucial to the triggers so I have to run all of those. Unlike in most decks the fetch lands can't be swapped out for budget purposes because it procs the landfall ability twice so it buffs multiple creatures and it can trigger the Retreat to Kazandu so the life loss isn't a factor. The Retreat to Kazandu is extremely good because it can gain you a lot of life on the defensive and can put in work on the offensive at first I wasn't sure about running 4 but after some play testing it was pretty clear that running 4 would be worth it. Collected Company is solid in this deck because it can grab Undergrowth Champions and Nissas but I may cut them for something else. Nissa, Vastwood Seer   is very important because it pulls out a lot of land and puts onto the battlefield fast which helpful throughout the entire game and in addition to this she can make elementals which is always helpful in my deck I would play more of them but they are a bit expensive and if you get to many of them they aren't to helpful but keep in mind using nissa as a sorcery to get more land does help out in this deck.

I'm very interested on what other people will think and if there are any cards that I should switch out so any feedback would be great!
